Absolutely. Every traveller undergoes a multi-level verification process including email, phone, NID, passport, face ID, and address verification. Payments are held in escrow and only released after the receiver confirms delivery. Our dispute resolution team is available 24/7.
Can I send documents and medicines?+
Yes. LuggageParty supports emergency deliveries including legal documents, educational certificates, passports, and prescribed medicines. All senders must declare item contents during shipment creation, and travellers review and accept based on airline regulations.
What happens if delivery fails or the item is lost?+
In the event of a failed delivery, the escrowed payment is held and a dispute is opened. Our team investigates within 24 hours. If the traveller is found responsible, a full refund is issued to the sender. All travellers are encouraged to purchase optional cargo insurance.
